Hallo! Subscribed to xbox music pass a couple of days ago after the 30 days trial period with the pay per month option. The service allows me to download music to the phone but it will not play. Keep geting the the message "can't confirm media rights..."
Very disturbing that a payed service don't work properly. Hope for a solution soon. Best regards
Sorry to hear about that. Let's see what we can do to help. First, can you share with us the complete and exact error message, and any error codes that you see when you try?
In the meantime, have you tried on any other devices, like an Xbox 360 console, or a Windows 8 computer or tablet? If you could try, any error messages or codes that you get on those devices would be helpful as well.
It would also help us help you if you could share with us any steps that you have tried to remedy the issue yourself. Have you done a restart of the phone? Have you tried on WiFi and Cellular data? Those types of troubleshooting info would be very helpful,
