Xbox music thinks i'm on holidays abroad..

I all,

I just bought a new PC with Windows 8 preinstalled on it, while i was in Spain (because i wanted it with the spanish keyboard), a day after i came back to Germany (country in which i live).

I've been using Xbox music for a couple of weeks, and the it stopped working.. It says that i cannot not use it anymore, because it thinks i'm on holidays abroad!

Is there anyway to change it, and make Germany my country by default? or is it any other kind of workaround which allows me to use Xbox music without the music pass?

thanks

Hey there AbroadRook60! Is your music pass registered in Germany or Spain? Also, is there a way to change your computer to being registered in Germany instead of Spain (since it's probably registered in Spain by default).

Hi Rook!

Alright, so did you pay for an Xbox Music Pass? If so, when you change regions, that subscriptions is, unfortunately, auto-cancelled.

If you wish to change your region, you can do so at our Change the region of your Xbox LIVE account support article.

Let us know if you have anymore questions. Cheers!
