XBOX music still billing me a year later

I've cancelled my subscription a month after I ordered it in October 2012. I have asked multiple times to cancel my subscription, and it's not showing up on my account. However, on my credit card statement, it says each month you guys keep charging me for an xbox music subscription. I've been notified it's been cancelled twice now, and haven't received any refunds in my paypal account yet.


PLEASE stop charging me!!!! It's been a year! I don't know how to fix this issue and I've tried live support chat!
