xbox music pass account management

I got a new bank card recently. I forgot to switch the card info in the account management until I received an email to do so. Then after adding the new card to my account and having it selected as the primary, I received another email the next day stating that the information is wrong. So I went back into account management, checked the subscription information and bought a month of the Xbox music pass just to see if it worked manually and it did. The next day I checked my bank account and that charge is there but so is a charge for a new month. In other words, I have one charge to my account for $9.99 and another charge for $14.99. Can you please refund the $9.99 charge back to me and cancel that subscription so I dont get charged twice every month? Thank you!
