xbox music bill

i just wanted the free month then canceled and deleted the app so why do i keep getting emails saying i have a bill?

Sorry to hear that you were billed for the next month but you will need to cancel the auto-renew feature on the service by clicking on the My Account section in the top-right corner of this page. After you have done that then no more bills should appear for this service. Hope this helps. Thanks!
