Xbox live

Hello. I buyed Xbox live gold 1 month from this site . I used a credit card to do it . What do i need to do next ? Do i have to wait or i have to do something else to activate it on my console? I got a e-mail from the xbox community saying that the purchase was correct . What do i need to do ? Sorry if this is not the place to ask this. Cheers.

Try testing your xbox live connection. It'll reconnect you to the servers. If that doesn't work, recover your gamertag.

The connection is alright , i think . I turned on the console and it says that i have Xbox live free .

It says that there is a problem , and to fix it i need to visit this > https://account.live.com. i dont udnerstand it , why i buy from xbox.com and my account isn't gold ..

The account is showing gold here. Are you signed on to the same account on the website as you are on the console?

The gamertag you're posting from is DueTable6114 and is listed as a gold account. I think you put the gold on the wrong profile.

That is the gamertag the site gave me when i registered , it said that DreamingmachinE isn't available but it is in my profile. They wont give me a code or something through e-mail ? I dont think i put the gold on other profile , the site wont give me a name of other person . How can i ask the Xbox community what happend? Why i didn't get gold when i buyed it ?

Basically you created a new account when you signed into the website. Since you were signed into that account when you purchased the gold, the gold is attached to DueTable6114 and not DreamingmachinE since you weren't signed into the correct account. You would have to call support in order for them to cancel the gold on the DueTable6114 account. Then you would have to make sure you are signed into the correct account in order to purchase gold for your actual account.
