trying to purchase microsoft points on xbox live but keep getting status code 80190194 how do i fix it

I'm getting the same, I'm trying to remove old card details to enter new ones and it won't let me do either

I the have same scenario...I even tried entering a new credit card with all the correct information and it is still giving me this error

I was having this problem too, but adding a new card and transferring my subscription to the new card (even though the subscription was not set to renew) allowed me to remove the old card.

Try to remove your credit card and other info and delete your account on your xbox and try to recover it

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

I've tried clearing the Xbox system cache and the marketplace cache, I've reinstalled my gamertag and profile, and I've added a new card and tried adding points online. Nothing has worked.
