Xbox Live Purchasing problems please read

Ok when i try and buy a 1 month gold Xbox LIVE membership this is exactly what it says... "Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later. Status code: 80190864" and ive looked everywhere on this website and i cant find that code. someone help please

My brother was getting this error message earlier today while trying to purchase membership on his console, but he tried again this evening using the website and it went through OK.
Have you tried to purchase the membership both via your console and xbox.com?, if not give that a go KF.

If you continue to get this message I would suggest phoning support as your next step.
