Xbox Live Progression Carry Over

So it turns out Call of Duty: Black Ops and Halo Reach are going to be backward compatible. I'm happy to see two of my favorite games get backwards compatible. But I have to know If the Xbox Live progress gets carried over to Xbox One. For Halo Reach, I'm at brigadier gen. Which takes forever to get there. I don't want to grind my way back to brigadier again. Same with my prestige lvl on Call of Duty.

if you have your save files to upload to the cloud you should be fine. but, if you don't have your 360 anymore to do that with you'll probably have to start over.
