Xbox Live Payment Option failing.

So, I tried to get on earlier and could not. It was said to be a payment option. I know the credit card is valid, because I just put it on because it's brand new because our other one somehow got stolen. anyway, I changed it to our paypal as well and it isn't working. I've triple checked the information, and I'm 99.9% positive the debit card is valid. Any suggestions?

i am having the same problem atm... my free 1 month trial has expired but it wont let me put credit card or paypal in... says there is a glitch in the system ... any info ????????//

To clarify, are you having issues adding a payment method, or are you having issues purchasing things? Are you trying on Xbox.com or the console? On the console, are you getting an error code or message?

i have got mine to work after 2 days.. both xbox and website had the same error msg...

My month just expired and on the console its saying a error message that it could not find the payment option I even called and they couldn't solve it!
