Xbox Live Marketplace not registering purchases

For about a week now, I have tried to purchase both a 3 month Gold membership, and a Minecraft skin pack. The purchases have gone through but the Xbox seems to not be registering them. The gold membership wouldn't work until I purchased the 1 month free trial and the skin pack won't work in minecraft. I've gotten a confirmation on the skin pack and the 1 month trial, but not the 3 month membership. Any help would be appreciated.

There is at the moment a little problem, have you looked in the history if you really payed it? What does the website here say with your accounting ?

The skin pack says it has been paid in the transactions section but not the membership. The skin pack is still locked though.
