I have been aware of problems on the xbox live on downloading things and service report says its working, it said this hours ago but yet nothing is resolved the error code is 80004005. i just wondered how long will it take to be resolved.
Microsoft may not have the Service alert fixed yet. The error code provided means you cant access the Marketplace from your console. Try going to it from Xbox.com. Also follow these instructions for further assistance
