Sorry, I need some help! I just got off the phone with support and they said you may be able help. I redeemed my code for the helmet on my iPad but didn't know I was signed in as my wife and she got the helmet. The support help guided me through some steps,
but no luck. Thank you for any help. My account is GelOhPig, hers is MrsGelOhPig. Please delete the helmet from her and add to mine. Today, I got a response from XBLRewards5 to post here. Thank you.
Sorry, they are not able to take a code off of one account and put it on another. These codes are one time use as all Xbox LIVE codes are. Unfortunately you will not be able to get a new code generated for you.
In the future I highly suggest making sure you're logged into the proper account before redeeming any sort of codes.
