xBOX LIVE 3 month card

When inputting the code on the back of the card, it states there is an error. When inputting error code at xbox/error help it states there are no results for this. Please help.

What's the full error message you receive on the console? Does it have an error code?

I have the same issue. They had me delete my profile only and put it back in. Still did not work. Then they said they would pass my case up to a higher technician and would get back to me in 2-3 business days. By that time, my membership will be expired! I had it on automatic credit card renewal, but took it off because my daughter kept buying things. I have since restricted her from my password. I am beginning to wonder if I should put my card back on. Less hassle inputting codes.

I've been having this same problem since Christmas. At first they said to clear the balance on the account. Then they said to wait 24 hours, and now they are telling me that the card was never activated at the register. So they want me to go to the Walmart I got it from and ask for a new code or get it activated again. Either way, if other people are having this same issue, it could be all the 3 Month Cards.

I bought a 3 month xbox live gold card but how do I use it I dont no how to put the code in how do I use it

If you have a Prepaid code you can't have any declines on the account. It happened to me so you have to call support and get the balance off.
