We're excited to announce that we've fully migrated the Xbox Forums to their new home, here on the Microsoft Community forums!
As of today, going to forums.xbox.com will redirect you here to the Xbox area of the Community forums. We've moved all of your existing threads over so you can continue and start conversations with the new forums experience.
We sincerely appreciate the feedback you have provided over this transition and can't wait for you to check out the new Xbox Forums!
You don't have enough info but I will attempt by assuming the issue.
I will assume you entered the code. I will assume you downloaded the content.
Once you have the content downloaded, sometimes it will still need to be installed. To do this, complete the following:
At the "HOME" menu, highlight "Forza Motorsport 5." Using the "MENU" button (it's the three horizontal lines), select the "Show all add-ons" button. Once here, you SHOULD see the content you downloaded. Chances are it is a VIP and a DAY ONE car pack (if
you didn't get them, make sure you go to the marketplace and do so.)
Click on each one and see if it is "installed." Make sure it is installed.
To be safe, make sure the game is CLOSED before you do this. I don't honestly know if it makes a difference, but why risk it. I have a similar problem and this only resolved the car pack problem, but I hope you have better results.
Good luck. Let me know if it worked or if it only partially worked, what it did fix. Thanks.
Did this solve your problem?
Sorry this didn't help.
Great! Thanks for marking this as the answer.
