Xbox App keep FREEZING Every time Please Help

I have both the xbox app and the beta app. all in the latest versions and they keep freezing every 30 seconds or so. I click on a friend, it will try loading the profile and freeze. I click on achievement, it will freeze. anything I do makes it freeze and then I will have to restart it every time. I have a surface pro 3 i5 4300u 8GB RAM  256GB

Do you mind helping us out by providing some additional information? 

Please install the Xbox Beta app from the store HERE: https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9nblggh1j27h

See if you can reproduce this behavior using the beta app (which can simply run side by side with the main Xbox app). If you can, click on the feedback button in the navigation pane on the left (at the very bottom - looks like a smiley face). Then select "Report a problem" and provide a quick explanation of the app hanging behavior. This will send us more detailed logs which we can examine to help determine what might be happening.

hi, thanks for getting back to me. Yes I am a windows 10 insider currently . I am running build 10565 . Also before I joined the insider program, I had this issue as well.

so I just reproduced it, it froze. I restarted the app and just reported feedback

I can't guarantee that.  We'll definitely be looking into your report and seeing what we can do about it.  We do like to keep communication as open as we can and update our customers and fans, but I can't guarantee we'll respond to every report we get.  Keep looking for new releases of our app, however, as we're always trying to fix bugs and improve the user experience.  I can't comment on internal processes or how we'll handle this specific bug, but we do try to improve everything we can, and we prioritize larger issues over smaller ones.  I hope this helps!
