XBOS1005

When i try to do a redemp of a 1500ms points card, i'm having a error code "XBOS1005".

This is happening since yesterday.

What should i do???

G'day michellehnossa! Please make sure your billing information is filled out completely and accurately at commerce.microsoft.com. Also check there to see if you have any pending transactions. If there are any, please take care of that before redeeming the code.

Next up, check that MSP card for an expiration date. If it is expired then it won't be redeemable. Try redeeming the card on your console as well as at xbox.com. Let us know the results!

Hello Misses Joust!  I am also having the same problem, I already followed your instructions to michellehnossa, but it still says  "Something went wrong Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while."
