If so, let's head over to
commerce.microsoft.com and make sure all of your account details are up to date. You don't need to add a credit card if you don't want to. Please check your profile under Billing Info, and also check your Transactions and Subscriptions for anything pending.
If that's all good to go and you still get an error when redeeming, then please get in touch with our
Phone team so they can take a closer look at the account to see what's up.
