XBOS-3010 Error

I receive the aforementioned error code when attempting to redeem a Microsoft Points code via the website.  And, I get no results when consulting the Xbox error code search.

Any luck with this I got the same error and customer service is unavailable.... seriously..

Same issue here.  Tried on the website, get error code.

Except:

Tried on console, says try again later.  Tried again later and my account is now locked from making purchases.  For trying to redeem a code.

Same issue, have some MS Point codes. Gives me this error code for each.

Tried entering a code and got this error. Pretty annoyed but hopefully it will become resolved.

G'day everyone! Are you still experiencing this same error code?

If so, let's head over to commerce.microsoft.com and make sure all of your account details are up to date. You don't need to add a credit card if you don't want to. Please check your profile under Billing Info, and also check your Transactions and Subscriptions for anything pending.

If that's all good to go and you still get an error when redeeming, then please get in touch with our Phone team so they can take a closer look at the account to see what's up.
