XBL Gold charging and only working for 1 day

I have been getting some issues while trying to get Live Gold. Since 4/3 I have tried four times to get gold and I have been charged for it all the times I have tried, on the website it showed that I had the Gold and that it would expire only on the next month but if I refreshed the page the subscription went away and I didn't got my account upgraded on my console. Now recently I tried again, got charged and my subscription worked only for 1 day and it went to silver again, and this has repeated the last time I tried to get gold, yesterday. I would really like some help here, either get these four months on my account or get a refund.

Most likely they've already been refunded, it just takes 3-5 days for the card companies to get you the money back.  You'll need to contact support at http://support.xbox.com/, if you're in the US or Canada just call 1-800-469-9269.
