WWE2K15 Requiring Install Code or Buy Again

Having a bit of a problem reinstalling the game.  Bought in a retail store and its requiring me to enter a code or buy the game in the xbox store.  Any help how to rectify?

So what exactly is it doing Zac???  when you put the disc in it gives you this message or what?
