WWE Network App issue

I seem to be having a issue with the WWE network App, where that it will cut out after a period of time, i.e. 15 mins and says your network is unreachable, when I know my network is working fine. I find that I have to do a entire restart of the Xbox to get me back into Xbox Live, which I then have the same issue.

Any ideas?

This sounds like it might be a network connection issue. Does this happen with any other apps? Before anything, can you try uninstalling the app and reinstall it to see if that helps?

If that's not helping out, can you get us a picture of your detailed network statistics on the console?

Mister Maka, it doesnt do it on any other app.

When I was on the NXOE it was fine. No issues.

On the old dashboard though, it just doesnt seem to like it.

To clarify, are you now using the NXOE or are you out of the preview? If you're back out of the preview be sure to uninstall the app and reinstall to see if there's any change. Keep us in the loop with what's going on :)

Yeah, I`m out of the NXOE and back on the normal dashboard, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but didnt work. Have always had this issue.

Just to take a look into your network speeds, can you share your Detailed Network Statistics? To view that, visit settings and then head to network. From there if you scroll to the right you'll see the option for Detailed Network Statistics. Thank you :)

Your speeds all look good. It's sounding like it's more of a connection issue between your console and your home network. Are you currently connected wired or wireless? If you're wireless let's give a wired connection a try. If you're connected via wire, let's try replacing that Ethernet cable to see if there's any change with that :)

Hm.

Just to check, have you tried unlinking your WWE Network account, power cycling your console and then linking it back? That can often help! Let us know how it goes.
