Wrong amount of Microsoft points on my Xbox

Hi, the website billing.microsoft.com states that I currently have 770 Microsoft points, which is correct, but my Xbox states that I only have 610 points. The discrepancy happened after I received 160 points from the Xbox LIVE Rewards earlier this month. Could you please fix it so that the points appear on my Xbox?

If none of this works, it would maybe be something to call XBox support for.  Most of the people answering questions on this forum are just gamers like you that know a bit more than the common man, but we don't have real Microsoft power to look at your account or anything.

Just to be sure, could you check xbox.com with a different browser, or try clearing the cookies for the browser. To exclude any cookie/caching issues on the browser

@UpliftKnight The points have been deposited already since they appear on billing.microsoft.com

@WPAK xbox.com shows the same as my Xbox, only 610 points instead of 770.

what does it say on www.xbox.com? If it also says 770 then there could be a cache thing preventing the xbox to see the correct status

You could try to clear the cache of the console, the how to can be found here: support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

Or even redownload your profile: support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Be aware that there are currenlty issues with recovering/downloading profiles so I wouldn't try that untill the service alert is gone Service status can be found here: support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status
