Why can't I buy Microsoft points?

Hey guys, so I decided to add some Microsoft points to my account, because I knew the Black Ops maps were coming out soon, and I thought I would need 1200 points.

So I thought I would but 2 separate points, one 1000 points, and one 500 points, giving me a total of 1500, plus the 100 I already have on the account.

So I successfully bought the 1000 points, but when I go to buy any more points 500 or 1000 it gives me a message saying that the payment is not authorised or something, and that I have to make to make a new payment option.

So I don't know what's happening, I just bought some points using that payment option but now I'm not aloud to. Please help, thanks.

@op

usually buying the same purchase over and over again can trigger a fraud lock on your card too fast in a short amount of time

(check with your card provider)

this happened to me when i took 20dollars too many times out of a casino ATM

Have you tried contacting your bank? A sudden rash of online spending can sometimes trigger banks' anti-fraud systems.
