Who to contact I was lied to by support and can't get refunded.

Madden 16 won't work for me I have un- installed 4 times and redownloaded 4 time which takes about 7 hours each time. Game still wont work so I try to get refund and then I am lied to and said no refunds no matter what the system wont even allow it. Then I say thats weird cause I have had one before and then they say system will only allow 1 refund no matter what. Thats a lie because I have had to get 2 refunds before. I told them this and they said oh ya thats the limit there is no way no matter what to get a refund. How do I contact someone who won't lie to me?

Actually there is no refunds sometimes however you can get am one off per accoumt if the billing agent isnnice but as you know you already had the ome off

Its not a normal practice as per the terms of use which i suggest you read it

Its not an lie so i donno where you get the idea you cam get a second one

Actually ifnyou have an issue with a game you are supposed to takd it up with the developer which is ea sports

It is actually policy o suggest you read the terms of use

And it is dependent on the situation

I wouldmt abuse the system

Fyi you still have access to fhe gamr regardless if they refund you or not

Hence whybthey rarely refund anything

If your account regiom doesntatch your actual region you should match it to avoid future issues

If it takes 4hours are you backgrounding thendownload?

Dont olay a game and stay om the screen

Also are you on a slow connection like 3g

If you are not able to play it then it is either timing out and not completing then you have to reintiate the download to complete

3g and lte connectiond are too slow for downloads and multiplayer youust use broadband

Fyi yes it not a lie there is no refunds as per the termz if use

Youay have a nice agent on the 2nd call but its not a standard practice

Because you can still download the game later the limit is there to prevent fraud

If you are getting based on 3 gamez then maybe you should look at your connection either account location not matching or a slow connection or you are downloading in the background and not completing the downllad if it has a ! Then its not complète

the thing i hate most about xbox one is the support, good luck trying to get anywhere with them but in my opinion i think you would be wasting your time but even if i was working at support it would be hard to digest that you continuously having the same problem, maybe take your xbox to a store where you purchased it & tell them about the problem, don't really know but wish u luck
