Where's my Hexic HD!?

Okay, so I updated my Xbox a long while ago, but just recently I felt like playing Hexic to try and get some Achievements. Unfortunately, I noticed, that it's GONE.

I asked some of my friends, and they told me to contact Microsoft. So, here I am. Idk how to contact them anyway other than this, can someone help me with like an e-mail to contact them?? 

I need an e-mail 'cause I can't call anyone on my phone, so I'm S.O.L. On that one. So can anyone help PLEASE?

Hey Joshy..

If you go to your Download history it should be listen.
From there you can just re download it again for free to your console providing you are using the same account that purchased it originally..

At the top left of this page you will see 'support' click on that then select 'contact us' by E mail.

It will run you through a few steps then you can query this with support Joshy, fingers crossed they will be able to help you get this resolved.

Actually they also added it to the marketplace a few months ago, so you can just download it there too. It's free.

Found Hexic HD on the Marketplace for free, but it's giving me an error when I try and DL it. It will get to 1% complete and then sit there for 30 seconds and then says there was an error in downloading the game.

Any ideas on what the problem is?

Hey Cleveland, here is something to try, it might help?.

Go to your consoles memory> games> (there should be a partial file in there that is likely checked with an exclamation mark)> delete it.
Then try downloading the game again.

Any change?.

Tried it twice but no change, it will go to 1% complete and then come back with an error.

Try this link: marketplace.xbox.com/.../66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d802584107d1 If you get an error, it is probably not available in your region. You can double check this by searching for it on your console.
