Where is my money on my Xbox Live Account?

Just a few months ago I got a remaining value about more than 10,-€ on my account. Now, it is gone! Without any message from ms support, without any download or purchase from my side. So, even if this was an amount of old xbox live points and transfered to national currency, I want my money back!

@MS Support: please, clarify the topic and charge back the value to my account.

 Check your commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub page and see if it shows any deductions there. If you go to commerce.microsoft.com/.../PaymentInstrument and click on the "Microsoft Account" selection, you will notice the following verbiage "You currently have [###] € in your Microsoft account with [###] € expiring within 30 days." There's a good chance that the 10 € expired and, if that was the case, Microsoft Support may not be able to help you with that.

thanks a lot for your reply. Unfortunately it doesn't solve my prob.

There is no verbiage like you mentioned and also no deduction shown.
