I'm THE CRAZY KINGm.

I have 1450 Microsoft Points.

I try several times to download the game Portal Still Alive from Live Arcade, but every time it's show this message "It appears you've found a glitch in thr system /XBOX Error". The error code is: 2D12039EA3B5269 and is different how many times Itry to make the downloads.

My account it's OK.

Like one remark: in 08.11.2011 I migrate my account from England to South Africa and I think that' s is not a problem.

In conclusion, I don't now to do with my Microsoft Points beucause I can't used.

Yes, may be a reason, but this problem was before I make the account migration and the XBOX server don't let me to make any download, it comported like he don't make any control of my account.

Your account migration is the most likely reason. Not everything on the UK marketplace can be downloaded in the Sount African marketplace.

Try to see if you can download in from your XBox. If you cannot see it the DLC on your Xbox, then it is not available in South Africa.
