This has been an ongoing issue since the 360.
I have had it on the 360 and 2 xbox ones.
Videos constantly freezing and making them unwatchable.
I have an excellent connection so it is not that.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I have no problem with Foxtel or Netflix, only xbox video.
"Buying" a video and not being able to watch it is **** annoying and a waste of money, which of course xbox doesn't give a flying rodents posterior about, cause they get their money, who cares if the video doesn't work, there are no refunds.
