went from having 210MSP to 0.50... how does this add up right...?

this has been confusing me i figure it was just a small glitch... but the day before the switch over to actual currency i had 210MSP then when the switch happens i only have 50 cents? 400MSP at a gamestop is 5 dollars so shouldn't i have like 2.50 or 2.60....? this is irritating...

TesshuAriyama,

You may want to double check commerce.microsoft.com and make sure all of your billing information is up to date and you're not showing any charges or purchases. You can also verify your balance in the upper right-hand corner. If things still don't look right, I would definitely call Phone Support and they will help you get things sorted out.  Thank you,

Regardless every account has a commerce.microsoft.com account.  This will show you all purchases on your account.  So any MSP you spent previously you should see on here as well as when the purchases were made.  The upper right-hand corner will still display your current balance though.
