We don't recognize the computer you're using. PROOFS
I'm positive these questions/problems come up often.. so.. here's another.
& sorry if this is in the wrong section.
I was trying to purchase something on my PC when another page opens saying:
We don't recognize the computer you're using
To access this content, please sign in on a computer that's connected to your account.
So, i'm sitting here wondering why it's not recognizing it 'cause it's the same computer I used to make my account. + I searched hours for a solution. ( I did switch internet providers recently maybe that's why?)
I tried deleting the trusted PC & adding it again BUT I have to wait a MONTH just to check if it fixes the problem. (thumbs down)
I added an alternate E-Mail & Phone Number a few hours ago & i've been reading something about confirming them? (By the way I never had a previous alternate E-mail & phone #.) I'm not sure how to confirm the two, & is it possible for me to purchase something
on here if those are confirmed?
BTW It does not say confirm next to the proofs.
Do I have to wait a month for them to be added as well?
If so i'll just stick with the PS3 & return the XBOX before it gathers too much dust.
