I'm having this issue with Episode 11 not showing up. I bought the season 3 pass before the season even started, I've never ran into this problem before. I'm worried that if it doesn't come up soon or I'll be joining Rick in Crazy-town. :)

Please try refreshing your purchase history.
On the Xbox console: Open Xbox Video > My Videos > Account Management > Press X. Then give it sometime to refresh, could be several minutes depending on how much you have in your history.
I refreshed my purchases, a bunch. Guess I'll just try and be patient. Hopefully it'll push sooner than later.

OK.so where is the newest episode? This is the 3rd night. If we pay for it MICROSOFT we should get it!
Hi TeChYGeEkY! What device are you using currently? Have you tried powering your device off after refreshing your purchase history, and back on again before launching the Video app again?
