Vudu App won't play any movie at all

So, I have also had the issue of buying movies on the app since the NXOE. So, I decided I'd buy it off the website and not the app. 

Now, I have done everything. Deactivated my devices on Vudu, Uninstaller numerous times, hard reset and I get the same error. "Sorry, VUDU movies isn't available right now. Please try again latet. For more information, go to http://www.xbox.com/status

I'm at my wits end. I know it's part of the NXOE bug, but it's a huge one as VUDU is my main source for movies.

I'm having the same problem. You aren't by any chance a preview program member are you? It seemed to start right when I had to do the update for it. Driving me nuts as well as I have 150+ movies and the kids are mad they can't watch their new favorite "Aladdin".

I am as well. Drives me nuts because I called tech support and they basically just told me to bad and hung up.

It's weird because I can actually play bonus content, however can't play full movies or episodes.

Tell ya what i did.....Hooked my ps3 up to watch Vudu. On a serious note, having the same issue. worst part is The Walking Dead comes back on in a bit and Vudu on XB1 was my main source!!!

Yes, no matter what I do it takes me 2-3 hrs to watch The Walking Dead, which is only 45 mins long. This totally sucks. I can get better service off of a boot leg site. I want my money back. I bought the whole season up front.
