Very weird Mass Effect 3 problem?

okay so ive had the game since march or april (i forget) but both discs are in perfect condition. i only play multiplayer and as many of you know you need a code to play the multiplayer, limiting it to one gamertag. i cant play mass effect 3 on this profile. neither disc.the game simply freezes after the bioware loading screen. however, i can play it on ANY other profile. and i can play any other game on the profile in question. and if i try to sign in as another gamertag, get to the start screen, and sign into the profile, the game freezes. please help me i dont want to start multiplayer from scratch,.

Hey WafflingPillow8,

What I would try first of all is to clear the system cache from the Xbox 360. The link below will help you with that.

If that does not work, I would try deleting your gamer profile from your hard drive and re-download it via the recovery tool from Xbox LIVE. The reason why I say that is since it appears that you have already isolated the problem down to only your Gamertag, it is possible that the profile can be corrupted somehow. The link below can help.

If neither step doesn't work, it is possible that you will have to either delete or move the save game from Mass Effect 3 to see if that is the source of the problem. I would recommend moving data to a USB Flash Drive for the time being and try it again.

I really hope this helps you out! Best of luck!

Greetings, WafflingPillow8! Thanks for bringing your question to the forums. For clarification, is the game installed on your hard drive? If not, can you try installing it and let us know if the issue persists? Alternatively, if the game is already installed can you try re-installing it? Keep us posted!
