I can not use the microsoft points that were transfed from our primary family account to secondary family members account to purchase power ups in NHL 11. So I have 800 points in the account but won't let me use them. Any ideas?
All sub accounts of the Family Pack are considered child accounts regardless of the age of the account holder. This may be your problem. Simply remove the tag that wants to download the content from the Family Plan (it will still retain gold status) so
it can get the DLC. You will have to wait 5 days to re-add the tag to the plan if necessary.
