URGENT: Problem with "Splinter cell: conviction"

Dear Support Team,

today I bought on sale the game "Splinter cell: conviction". It turns out it does not work for 2 years(link below) and you still sell it. It is unnecessary to refer to Ubisoft, I bought it from MICROSOFT. urgently take action!

Sorry to hear it.  As that thread is extremely long and in Russian it would take a long time to translate all the posts to find out what those issues are in order to see if it applies to you as well.

Can you please give a run down of what happens when you try to play the game as well as any error code you receive and what troubleshooting steps you've already tried?

Please include what type of console you own (FAT or Slim), size of hard drive and where you purchased your hard drive from.

Hi Onyx,

received a following error message - Game is updated up to the incompatible version - address in a support service.

I had reinstalled twice, but then found info at.Xbox forum that is globally issue.
