[URGENT HELP] 2 Billing Errors!

1st Error Been happening since September can't find my last thread about it.


When i try to Buy Microsoft Point on my Mastercard which has Money on it, i receive the message

'Can't Authorize the select payment option, Please Select a different payment option or add a new one.'  

I called up Microsoft they said i don't have enough money for the payment or my bank is blocking Microsoft from authorize the payment, I reassured them that i the card works in shops, Itunes and even on Psn and the card used to work 2 months before (This was last Christmas and that was the last time i wanted to buy something).

I phoned my bank, they said i have enough money for the purchase and they are not Blocking Microsoft.

Phoned up Microsoft Again and they said there is a Billing error and it will be fixed by tonight.

Next Day Still not working, so i buy a prepaid card and it works.

 Today i try to buy Some Microsoft points again it says 

'Can't Authorize the select payment option, Please Select a different payment option or add a new one.'  

 

2nd Error Been happening since today

I decided to add my paypal account to buy Microsoft points.

I entered everything and it authorized it, then on the 'Review your information' Page i click 'Agree and Continue' and it says 

 

Unable to complete your request

The reward method you chose is not authorized. Please use another reward method to request your cashback reward. If you get this message multiple times, contact customer support.

If the payment is not going through for Microsoft then that means the bank is blocking the account.  If you can't get help over the phone try going into the bank in person and see what they say.

I get the same error message and it's been like that for over a week.  It's getting frustrating.

Have you tried using a different payment method other than this card and  Paypal? With Paypal, does your account information match that of your Xbox LIVE account? Does it either have a valid credit card or positive money balance on it (attached bank account may not register).
