Upload App doesn't Save Screencaps or Clips

The Upload app has not allowed me to permanently save any of my screencaps/clips lately. The option has simply vanished. When you click the start button on an image the only choices it gives you are to"use as background" or "delete".

When you click the "manage" tab, and try to save anything that you have highlighted, out says "This capture cannot be saved, try again" or to that effect.

Since you can't delete the Upload app, I can't try to reinstall it, either. Any help is highly appreciated. It was working fine back around March. Saving captures isn't relegated for gold only is it?

I'm having exactly the same issue. And I don't have upload studio installed either, so that can't be the issue. Are there any Microsoft employees that can help on this please?

Just to follow on, I've contacted Xbox support and this seems to be affecting many people. It has been forwarded onto the engineering team, so hopefully a fix will be on its way. I'll update this thread when a resolution has been supplied.

Was talking with an XBox rep today, and it seems there is a built in limit for uploads. I've suggested a couple of improvements here: [Mod Removed -Please see Xbox Forum Guidelines] Please feel free to upvote if this covers your own issue. Thanks.
