UNWANTED BILLING PROBLEM

After some days without turning my console on, I received an SMS from my credicard management (I programmed to do that) telling me that US6,49 was billed on my card at 17/12/2013 at 7PM(GMT -3) . The purchase does not appear in the transaction history but does appear in my credicard info. I want to know what's going on.

Can you go to https://commerce.microsoft.com to double-check the transaction history?

As I understand it, the text is from the financial institution - are you certain the charge is originating with Microsoft or Xbox?

If so and you cannot find it, go ahead and contact Phone Support and see if they can look into your account for you:

support.xbox.com/contact-us

Did the SMS include something such as "XBOX LIVE" or "MICROSOFT"? If not, then this charge is from something else...

I would check your commerce.microsoft.com and see if you have the charge there, if you do, I would contact customer support via phone (1800-4MYXBOX) and see what the charge is and what it is for.

If not then I would contact your card company :)
