unknown charges

we have been seeing multiple purchases without any warning as to where or why they are being applied, can someone please fill me in as to why this is happening?

Monster, alternatively you can use these instructions to atleast view what the purchases were and then do as said above if you feel they are not yours: support.xbox.com/.../check-xbox-live-bill
