Unexplained bill on my card

When I checked my card billing history, it had pulled 30$ and some change out of my banking account, instead of the regular 10.81 for xbox live. I'm not quite sure what's going on here, but when I look at my billing history there is nothing that can explain it. I would like someone to explain to me what happened, and to have the money returned to me, I'm not paying for something that doesn't exist.

Go on your xbox manage account and check if auto renewal is on if so thats is why you may of been charged.

He's saying he was overcharged.  Best bet is to call support @ 1-800-4MY-XBOX in North America

Yeah, I was charged three times what i'm usually charged every month for renewal

If you don't recognize the charges I would get in touch with phone support as Turv recommended. They will be able to shed light on the issue and help walk you through a resolution.
