Unacceptable

This is a service industry. 5 days without a resolution. I don't care anymore. They can keep my $50. I'm selling my Xbox and looking at a PS4. This is honestly unacceptable.

I have supplied the info in two or three other separate threads. I have been in contact with support and the Advocacy Team. They just emailed me a possible resolution. Let's see if it works when I get home.
