Unable to use my existing Microsoft Points

I am unable to purchase games and/or game addon with my Microsoft Points

Can you give some more information? Are you getting an error when you try to make a purchase? Are you trying to make the purchase on the console or the website?

The website has not been updated to work with the new currency system. So you have to make the purchase on the console. Once you try making a purchase on the console, it should convert your points to currency.

Hi there,

Sorry you're having this issue. If you have connected your xbox to live recently it will have downloaded an update which converted all your points to local currency.

Are you trying to purchase the games on Xbox.com? If you are I suspect you haven't downloading the dashboard update (you still have points showing).

The way to solve this would be to connect your xbox to the Internet, download the dashboard update and then browse the game marketplace on your xbox to find the game/DLC you want to purchase.
