Unable to use microsoft points

I recently bought microsoft points, but whenever I try to purchase anything (movie, dlc, game) with said points, my xbox gives me error code 80153410. I checked the error help page and done everything suggested, and have made sure my payment method and billing information is up to date. The problem has been going on for about 2 weeks now.

How many MS point do you have?  If you have enough for a purchase, your billing info is irrelevant,  Unless your purchasing more points.

Hey Buck. If you have already verified your billing info, and there is no hold on the card, and it has sufficient funds, I would suggest you call Phone Support, as they can take a look at your account, and see whats going down.
