I've tried to use my Microsoft Account funds to buy games/DLC and the like but i keep getting an error code. I can use my Credit Card for purchases just fine... also i've been informed if i don't use my account funds soon, they will expire. How can i remedy this?

Right, so I have sort of the same problem but i just don't know how to use Microsoft points instead of the regular credit card option. I would appreciate some help.

SuribatchixSama: When you go to make a purchase in the store you can select a payment option from your available ones, just change from your assigned credit card to your MS account usually at the top of the list.
ngocphi: I'm doing it from my console, i rarely if ever use the website for anything other than tech support.

Don't use the website, you just can't buy anything with MS points on it, and there is no option you can switch to MS points while purchasing.
