Unable to Purchase NBA 2k12 Code 8016CE52

I attempted to purchase NBA 2k12 last night at around 11 PM and this morning at around 10:30 AM EST.  I used the same credit card I have used for other XBLA purchases.  I attempted to use my debit card to make the purchase.

Same error message:

Xbox LIVE Marketplace

"Can't Retreive information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later.

Status code: 8016CE52

Try to clear system cache. Then try to remove your credit card and other payment options and put them back on and if that doesn't work, Delete your account then recover it and it should work
