Unable to download content

So I am able to purchase Microsoft points but when I attempt to download ANYTHING I am given an error message.  Upon lookingup the error on your website iI was told it was an account ban, now I have done nothing but buy points and download crap and play games and the error report on your site says that I should have received a message saying that I got a ban which I did not. So what exactly is going on?

It says... Sorry, there's a problem with the xbox service.  Try again later.  Then the status code is 80153410 whichwhen iin looked it up it says that it's a ban but I received no prior alert saying I was nor have I done anything at all that would result inone

The error message indicated that I had received a ban whem I entered it into the error help area but like I said their is still nothing that has said I received one, I did check the link you gave and everything is correct.  Now this is really starting to get annoying as this has been going on for a few days now

I would suggest creating a new post on the My console was banned forum.
