uk status code 200 ,artwork missing,cant remove pins

Hi  is anybody else is having the same kind of Issues in the uk , artwork is always missing from on demand five ,4oD and sky from Within the dashboard(Not in there dedicated app itself), Unable to remove pins and status code 200 From the latest episodes section of the dashboard. This has been happening ever since the new dashboard came out I thought it would've got fixed by now Was hoping when the last update came out the other week it would fix these issues but no joy . Is this just me

Hey Ricky! Man that is an annoying issue.

First, I would suggest clearing your Xbox 360 system cache 

If that doesn't do it, lets try rolling back your updates. To do so, navigate to System Settings>Memory, then find your Hard Drive and press "Y", and a new window should open. Press the following sequence on your controller - "X, X, LB, RB, X, X." This will erase system updates. Restart your console, and let it re-install the necessary updates.

Hi Ohnaka Thanks for the reply . Have you tried clearing  the cache but still the same and And the sequence of Button presses I could not get to work :(  Nothing happened when I entered that sequence

Hiya Ricky. Alright so the "Status Code: 200" means that the content you are trying to access is no longer available on the Marketplace. Also, if you have one of those removed items pinned, you will receive that error code. 

As for the cover art, that is also related to that content not being in the Marketplace anymore, therefore there is no cover art to display.

This is a known issue, and the team is working to resolve it, but we do not have a resolution date at this time.

I don't know if it's coincidence but all the shows in the latest episode section on now working okay for me :)

The cover art and some of the pins missing shows, are  actually there you can do a Bing search to find them and play, and now play from the latest episode section which is very nice:)
