It been day 8 I have been with about three years now never had any trouble. two weeks call support to fix an issue unable to renew my membership there was a problem with the account they manage to get through that . then few days later have trouble buying ms points trouble with the account they manage to get us through that. 7day ago try to use those ms points no go gave me a prob# call support again they say that the account has been compromised. that it would take three day to resolve. call back in three days they tell me it going to be 7 days. call back on the 8th day they tell me its going to take three more days. I have 2 account with xbox live never had this problem. Im getting frustrated with the service and the run around that your support team is giving me. I feel that I pay for a service. I just want answers and your support team are not able to provide those answers. they cant even tell me how long this process will take..
