Trouble purchasing $2 for 2 months deal.

I've tried to purchase the current deal on the xbox the $2 for 2 month xbox live deal but after i enter my address i get " can't retrieve information from xbox live please try again later. Error code: 8382012D."

I then tried to log on to the microsoft billing site but i seem to be stuck and cannot progress. It takes me to a page that says "we don't recognize this computer your using."  It sends me a code to my email for me to verify my computer (so i belive). Once i enter the code i then have two options to stay signed in or to sign in to another address. If i stay signed in it will take me to the "we don't recognize" page for my other email address and takes me to the same page to stay signed in or sign out using my other account. I seem to be stuck and can't progress any further. The computer i'm on is the only computer that i use the emails on and should recognize my computer so i figure.

I checked my xbox account billing info  and that matches fine.

I'd like to know if your email is a live or hotmail address (don't mention your whole email in here).

Please let me know so I can hopefully give you the steps where to go.

Purchasing I meant. Does your account matches your physical location? Can be checked by going to https://billing.microsoft.com if you didn't see this before.. and clicking on “Personal Information”.

Yeah i tried to purchase it through console and i just checked my billing info on my console and it's correct. I tried earlier on to check  billing.microsift.com but it keeps sending codes to my email saying that it doesn't recognize my computer and sends me back to the same page no matter what i choose.

I do not know if it has anything to do with it, cause I don't have a CreditCard but I suppose it works that way, are you the creditcard holder and that corresponds to your account? I mean its not your dads, friends/girlfriends?

The card is in my name but possibly the address maybe different.But i have used it online before no problem and with my current address.
