Trouble adding payment method

Whenever I try to add a payment method it doesn't work! My credit card is definitely valid and I've tried every billing address I know. Could somebody help me? Whenever I try to hit add payment method after filling in all info, it says, "Can't Authenticate Payment Method. Please try again or use a different card."

I have the same problem, but with my e-card i create for a single purchase. Have always been working but not anymore, I dont know if its my bank or if its xbox market, but i am frustrated i want to buy! =)

Do you have a billing violation on your account? You can check by going to https://billing.microsoft.com or calling phone support in your region.
